Methods of completing Form 230:
1. By hand
• Print the form and fill in your identification details by hand in capital letters. There is no need to specify the amount, it will be calculated by ANAF and will be transferred according to the law.
• Download the form with pre-filled The Change Association data using the below button.
• Once completed scan and send it to donatii@thechangeprojects.com
2. Virtual Private Space (SPV)
• Log in to ANAF's Virtual Private Space
• Complete form 230 with your data and sign with the digital signature you registered with ANAF
• Complete Section II.2 with The Change Association details before signing
3. Online
• Complete the online form below, without the need to print it. Once submitted the form will be automaticaly sent to our email address.
• We will submit it to ANAF on your behalf.
