Self-esteem - the cornerstone of a fulfilled life

This month, the children from our Butterfly Effect program explored the crucial concept of self-esteem – the cornerstone of a fulfilled life. Facilitated by Smart Education, this course is part of the annual workshop "Awaken the Hero Within You," which focuses on addressing sensitive topics that adolescents face.

Throughout the course, the students delved into significant questions. They discovered that self-esteem is not based on external validations, but on internal trust and self-acceptance. This prepares us to overcome life's obstacles with resilience, cultivate healthier relationships, and pursue our passions with unwavering determination.
